This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services
that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful
and informative.
WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE
The practice covers the PO12 postcode area of Gosport and the surgery is located on Mumby Road, close to the redevelopment areas at Clarence Yard and St George's Barracks.
It is a two-storey development with reserved car parking spaces for the disabled and ramps for wheelchair access at the front entrance. Most patient services are provided on the ground floor; however, a lift and stairs provide access to the first floor consulting rooms. Disabled toilets are located at both the ground and first floor levels.
The building and grounds are non-smoking areaas. Failure to comply with this rule may lead to the authorities being informed. The practice is happy to support any patient who wishes to stop smoking.
Currently, the practice has an open list. In order to maintain our services, any patient moving to or within the PO13 address area will be asked to re-register with a practice nearer to their home.
We are a training practice for student nurses and there will be occasions when one may accompany a doctor or nurse during your consultation.
We aim to provide a complete and efficient service preventing illness as well as caring for you when you are ill. This website will help you obtain the best from the services that we offer.
We are a computerised practice and would be grateful for your help in making sure our records are accurate. Therefore please inform us of any changes in your registration details such as change of name, address, telephone number, and if you are a carer or being cared for.
