We regret that we cannot take repeat prescription requests over the telephone. Our repeat prescribing is computerised. If you are on regular medication and you wish to receive a further supply, please tick the items you require on the tear-off computer slip (attached to your last prescription) and leave it at reception or in the secure letterbox which is located on the outside wall between the main entrance doors. Alternatively, post it to us, remembering to enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you wish its return by post. You may like to take advantage of the collection and delivery services provided by the chemist of your choice. Also you are able to collect prescriptions directly from the chemist now that the surgery is closed on a Saturday. Please contact your chosen chemist for information.

Your doctor will inform you if you need to be seen before your next prescription is due. Please do not run out of your medication before requesting a further supply and do allow two working days for your prescription to be ready.

However, please do not stockpile medication as unused medication cannot be recycled and has to be destroyed. Please look for messages included with your repeat prescription.
